I develop the eye of your inspectors and craftspeople so they can spot non-conformities at source. What matters is giving them the means to raise the alert at the right moment and to take an active part in corrective actions.
Your sales teams
Handling, checking and presenting a piece calls for confidence and precision. I support your boutique advisers so they know the condition of the piece and can talk about it to clients with the right words.
How the training works
To stay as close as possible to your operational reality, all training takes place on your premises. It can be delivered in French or in English.
